Cancellation Policy: Any request within 24 hours for booked tours will have a 100% total charge of tour applied.
We recommend that guests wear sturdy rubber soled shoes for the tour. Guests can also take their swimsuits and towel for the waterslide/pool and are required to wear comfortable knee length shorts for the Zipline Tour.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, road closures or civil unrest the Park reserves the right to cancel or modify tours as required. Any such modification MUST BE AUTHORISED BY MYSTIC MOUNTAINÂ LIITED ONLY
